Government of Canada Common Look and Feel Standards

Government of Canada (“GoC”) web sites must conform to the Standard on Web Accessibility published by the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat. The most recent publication was on August 1, 2011 and updated the requirements for GoC web sites to require compliance with WCAG 2.0 A and AA requirements. The standard provided for a phased rollout of the requirements. We are currently in the third and final phase which runs through July 31, 2013 and requires that all pages on the sites be made accessible.
